Maldita Castilla EX - Cursed Castile

This amazing game pays homage to Ghosts & Goblins and Ghouls & Ghosts. It truly feels like this could be a sequel to those great old school games . The controls feel tight and resposnsive and the difficulty has a nice ark compared to the games I mentioned above. Give this one a go, you'll love it !!!!

If your like me and grew up in the 80s-90s then you've probably played Ghouls N Ghost. If you enjoyed that series then you owe it to yourself to buy this. Pretty much it can be considered an unofficial sequel. I simply cannot reccomend this amazing action platformer enough.

Recommended for anybody who enjoys difficult 2D run and gun games. Obvious influence is Ghosts n Goblins but it does enough to diversify itself. Despite its difficulty, the continue system and checkpoints are very lenient. There's also plenty of arcane, obscure stuff on the edges of the game that I've yet to discover the meaning of (though I'm only at stage 4 so far). I picked up a key at one point but never found a place to use it and after my 4th continue a weird message appeared. To me this adds immensely to its appeal and I'm excited to play more

Look no further if you like old school arcade style games! This game is like the spirtual successor to Ghosts n Goblins. Awesome gameplay, sprite based graphics, addicting music and oldschool difficulty has me looking for more titles by this developer.

Fun and simple. Buy it already!
