Pipistrello and the Cursed Yoyo

Lots of exploration and puzzle solving. Nice retro feeling game!

This is a fun, inventive and colorful adventure. If you ever enjoyed a game like Dragon Quest Heroes Rocket Slime or Avatar: The Burning Earth or Bionicle Heroes back in the day, or something like Eastward from nowadays, this is right in line with those types of experiences. Although the art style owes more to Wario Land 4

Great story, world, exploration and combat. The music for Old Rattalia Town is such a bop, and so are a bunch of the others. I loved getting new abilities and wandering around to solve more puzzles. Spent about 20 hours getting 92% completion, so there's a good amount of game here.

So far I really like the dialogue in this game, as well as how unique the combat feels with the yo-yo! Would 100% recommend because of that, and how interesting the world is!
