Port Royale 3

If you're getting the "town already under attack" bug try pausing all of your trade routes and docking all of your ships. It's probably just one convoy bugging out.

It has a very sharp learning but once you get a handle of the basics it gets easy. As you progress however, there will be droughts and famine everywhere which kills any further progress and it turns the game into a chore. Th e weather system in this dooms you to utter failure and this coming from someone who had 450,000,000+ wealth. Would not recommend playing.

Want pirates? Sid Meyer's PIRATES for XBOX is a remake of SEGA's PIRATE'S GOLD. Go play those instead.

One of the greatest games ever, but this port crashes (freezes up, mostly on governors animations and things in towns) as you get farther into the game, making it almost unplayable in this build.
