River City Girls 1, 2, and Zero + Double Dragon DLC Bundle

Great progression, replay value and mechanics on a throwback style of a classic. Wonderful music too.

I've never played any of the available game titles out of the Kunio-Kun Franchise until I came across River City Girls on Xbox Game Pass... The game caught my interest at first for the simple fact that it is a side-scroller beat em' up game which I enjoy and the art style and characters look modern, bright and remind me of a Japanese anime which I also enjoy! Now I rated this 4/5 stars because the combat can be overwhelming sometimes if too much hostile enemies surround you and you can't block them all so you're forced to take a beatdown. Keep in mind that you'll also upgrade and get stronger but it's time consuming, of course. Other than that everything else is pretty good including the voice acting, OSTs, and obviously our best girls, Kyoko & Misako. ALSO CAN'T WAIT FOR THE LAUNCH OF RIVER CITY GIRLS ZERO & 2 IN 2022 (Hopefully they'll make it to Xbox consoles!)

The voice actingis great, really fun to hear the GameGrumps in game. If you use the fireball move against the Technos bosses retro stages the game crashes. I got it to do it three times now

Sequel later this year. Four player co-op! Sold! 😎👍😁✔️
