Robots at Midnight

I didnt know it was a souls-lite going into it. While they are fun they typically aren't to my liking for combat purposes. I played this game on Master mode and it took me about 9.5hrs to beat it. I like the aesthetic choice to include weapon and gear designs. It's not too grueling especially if you make use of your parry and M.I.T.T abilities. I didn't use the third ability at all. Punch and finger gun were good enough for me. Worth the price, no technical issues for me on Series x. There's a new game + mode with a harder difficulty if you want it. I hope they make a second game in this universe with more outfits and some neon ish weapons. Fun game

For those who are struggling with"Souls like" games,this is for you. The battle engagement mechanics are similar but not as complicated. The gear & weapons that you find (You will find at least in 2 in your first 3-4 hrs) are interesting & upgrading them to see the stats increase to help you defeat the scrappers on your way to find your father & what happened to the planet of YOB. If you want a game where you can lay back & chill. This game is for you. If you want a semi open world with bits of exploration. This game is for you.I could go on... So why are still reading my review & not playing already? Can't wait to see what screenshots & videos you post. And remember... Gaming should be fun like Robots At Midnight.

Solid little Soulslike with some surprisingly gorgeous art direction. Absolutely a hidden gem.

Really good souls lite , $20 is a steal . Light campfires instead of firelink , upgrade weapons , etc . Great graphics , souls players will enjoy.
