Röki

Mostly good adventure game (except for the annoying, condescending forest maze and the LT+RT should have been 1 button). Completionists beware: no chapter select, missable achievements, and badges are wiped each playthrough or if you restart a chapter, which is pretty aggressively anti player tbh. Use a guide.

I dunno, I'll get back to you on that. I played the heck out of this for a while, even tho' I had to get around the dumb control style. There's a LOT of backtracking, which I don't usually mind, but paired with the dumb controls it all gets really slow. So much so I finally had to stop after a while. I still want to continue the story, it's a cute little Nordic fairy tale, with interesting little puzzles and characters, but each time I find a new piece to puzzle, instead of getting excited, I picture in my brain the long and conveluted train of backtracking I have to do in order to use it. So I have yet to go back. I will. Someday.

I love this game and as a huge adventure/puzzle fan, this may be one of the best games I've played in over a year. Incredible story, music, and graphics! Also, it's not insanely non linear like some games have taken to. The puzzles are not so much easy as just logical and make sense plus if you get stuck it's easy to get back on track with very well phrased and placed hints that aren't obvious but provide just enough. This game is totally worth it if you love modernized point and click games!

What a wonderful story! It was like playing a myth! It was heart warming, eerie, magical and magnificent. I had no idea what to expect and it kept me wanting to uncover more. It reminded me of two brothers a lot and i adored that game. Don't pass this by. A refreshing break from typical games. Exercise your mind and dive into the experience. Then reward yourself w a nice pickled herring sandwich. Great job everyone involved

A great nordic themed adventure. If you like puzzles, short quests and collectibles this is for you. I did get stuck a few times when items were hard to find, and sometimes doors you could go into I would bump on the edge of. But was able to complete without help. Very good!
