S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone Trilogy

I don't normally leave reviews, but this deserves to be here. My bestfriend Graham and I were so hype about this game when it dropped back in 07. Being 14 we would help out one of our neighbors with yardwork and spend all day working together talking about our exploits with the game (freaky anomalies, running into a snork) to the extent that our neighbor, Steve, got the game for himself. Now you had two teenagers and a 50 year old who would spend long nights playing, just to spend the next day talking for hours on end about it. The game stayed a means of relation for the three of us until Graham passed away in 2013. I've seen many games in the last decade and tearfully thought of how I would love to call him up and talk about them. I got a call myself earlier this week and spent hours reminiscing with Steve on great times we had 15 years ago. While it's bittersweet, playing today reminds me of the ability of a good game to bring people together for a lifetime. RIP Graham aka M60e360

Time to pretend that it's years ago when all my problems were insignificant. 🥲

These just shadow dropped outta nowhere and it's been confirmed mods are coming in a later update. TAKE MY MONEY!!!

Very good port. Remember to TURN OFF AIM ASSIST. My shooting became much more accurate with it off. Carefull, enemies will zip you up with full auto so move between cover. Safe often, then save again. Frag rooms, if something screams or growls, throw another Frag Grenade. Use enemies and allies against each other. It's evil, but a good way to get better guns early on in the starting area. I trolled the military people at the checkpoint at the gate into attacking the merchants stalkers in the village. Also fun to let mutant animals chase you into either Neutrual, Friendly and sometimes Hostile encampments. Let the Hilarity ensue!! If factions are fighting each other, just watch and do clean up afterward unless it's part of a mission/goal to help. "Let them fight" Carefull not to get greedy and carry too much. You may need to run! -some will complain about the graphics. This game is a port of an old game. -some people buy games without reading about them. Strange behavio

Amazing port! Very excited for mod support. Hopefully controller customization is added also in the future.
