SteamWorld Build & Dig Bundle

Wow! So after being stuck on this game since about 9:00 this morning, it is 8:00 p.m. Lol I've got to give it the review it deserves. It's a cartoony SimCity type building game that gives you objectives and has a little bit of narrative mixed in. The building gets pretty detailed as far as needing certain resources or buildings to develop other buildings and resources. It's a very delicate dance up top, balancing your workers versus your aristocrats and your scientists. Down below in the mine shaft. The game turns into something completely different. Almost like a defense colony type game where you set up defenses in mine out the mine shaft to get resources. You face periodic hive battles that are pretty cool to watch and definitely break up the monotony every now and then, as I found myself just sitting back and watching it play out. I have found four out of six of the ship parts and and working my way to the ending. So far this game is an absolutely amazing addition to game pass!!!!

Just a nice relaxing game. Nice little music. Having a great time with it. Easy to understand. Only thing I wish we could build is more light for mine seems a little to dark, so far thats only bad thing. Before you ask yes i adjusted the settings. Can't wait to try next 4 maps. Hope they keep adding downloads to it. I'm a happy camper with it.👍👍👍🤜🤛✌️

Glad i wear glasses...it is 4.5 honestly for lack of ability to enlarge font, but otherwise perfect translation of steamworld to simcity/tower defense mashup... Now please port ALL steamworld games to XBOX

I'm an old school gamer. I've played so many games, I tend to get bored easy. So, I was surprised at how much I enjoy this game. They did a great job combining the city builder, mining, factory management, and tower defensive. They could have easily ruined this game, but no one play mechanic is overly complicated or over powers the other. I recommend this game.

Im surprise on how calming this game is ill give it an 9.5 out of 10
