This game is AMAZING;truly a shmup masterpiece should be more expensive 5stars as good as einheinder dodonpachi and raiden get it its cheap and so good,loading times yah but between stages so I stand by my review

From swinging ball & chains ⛓️ to underwater Whirlpools playing through this game is a blast! 😀 i only gave it 4 stars because of the level when u are playing with the ship facing horizontally. But other than that its a really good 👍 shooter. Great sound Great wheather effects highly recommend.

All side scrollers should aspire to be this good!🤩 First off this game is gorgeous, the backgrounds have some incredible detail. The colors pop & each level has it's own unique environment. That's the standard we all expect from this genre and this game nails it. Each level features its own hazards, malevolent creatures & bots. There's a lot of variety & this game avoids "recycling creatures".🤔 There's 4 different upgradeable weapon systems to cycle thru but it would've been more enjoyable with a bit more variety! The game is fun on the easiest setting & punishing on the most difficult. This also has a lot of replay value! 😍 I've been playing Space Shooters for almost 40 yrs....STURMWIND is on my Top 10 List!😁

Awesome shmup!!! Visually appealing and fluid

Mission mode 16 levels / Arcade Mode 6 Levels. All assets lovely redrawn in Hi-Res. 60 fps, An awesome Soundtrack. Absolut worthy Shooter for this price. + Extra Kudos for keeping the German (in Archivements, Weaponnames etc ) Often mentioned Loading times - not really worth a mention if you are on Series S/X. Clearly an improvement if you come from the Dreamcast Version.
