Suzerain Expanded Edition

Got this game yesterday and I am really enjoying it. Its very story line driven but gives you endless possibilities to choose from. Want to be a Communist dictator? Go for it. A corrupt politician? Do it then. Want to be an oppresive tyrant? Why not. Hoping more nations will be available to play soon!

Its a really unique game that has a lot of potential. I hope the devs continue to update it. I really want to play my second term! I have encountered the XBOX series X save issue. Leaving the game completely and going back worked for me.

The game is set in a fictional world with a lot of choices that have long game consequences. It's essentially a "choose your own adventure story" for politics on steroids. The game has a pace that's a little slow by design to build tension and weight to your decisions, and those decisions aren't like Telltale where they're meaningless. Even "casual" decisions leave you second guessing something that was very beneficial previously, and who you can and can't trust. Biggest con: No tutorial wouldn't matter so much except it's fairly clunky as you struggle with accessing information in the visible UI, but it's not **** or frustrating enough to walk away. Definitely worth $10. Can't recommend at $20+ if you're expecting more than compelling text. The more I play, the more nuanced many of the choices are such as when politeness matters, and when being a jerk is beneficial. Easily 20 hours or more worth of play in this Machiavellian masterpiece. 9.5/10 for the genre

Played since you guys went to mobile, this game is interesting and truly one of a kind. I hope to see more of Torpor games. This is something special!

This has been the game I have been looking for
