    Nightdive Studios Doesn't Disappoint

System Shock 2 is one of, if not the best, immersive sims in existence alongside Deus Ex and Thief. Until now, though, it wasn't available on console. As expected, Nightdive has done a fantastic job bringing this classic to console for the first time. They've touched up the graphics while still maintaining its original look. This isn't a remake, it's a remaster, so it looks like a 1999 game with very minor graphical improvements. Additionally, they included scans of the cover art, disc, manual, strategy guide, interviews, reviews, etc. The only minor complaint is that the UI could be enlarged.

    Nostalgia

Played this back in 99' on PC and it was one of the best games I have ever played. So far just an hour in and loving it so far, keeps true to the original obviously with improved graphics/framerate/etc. Highly recommend if you are into Sci-Fy Horror Action RPG's :) **Pro tip** Make sure you are able to hack/Modify/Repair ;) GJ Nightdive Studios

    Only one little problem

UI is way too small for a big screen, can barely see it. Need option in menu to scale it up.

This is the stuff dreams are made of.

System Shock 2 is an unforgettable game that defined an entire generation. My only complaint is having to deal with the constant need to repair weapons. The PC port gives players the ability to shut off this awful mechanic. Why can't we do this on console? Come on Night Dive and Atari, fix this oversight.

Great game, only a few nitpicks..

Bought, Played, and completed the whole game, might 100% complete it one day that's how much I love this game. However there's a few problems with this game that can be a little annoying, the HUD is a little too small and doesn't have a HUD scale like in the System Shock remake, it plays well with a controller but it's obvious that it was meant to be played on mouse and keyboard(which thankfully I do have but I know not everyone has or will buy for a console), the there's almost no way to add any thing/weapon in the quick select when holding LB but only for RB, you still need a mouse to drag ICE-Picks to instant hack stuff, if you pause your game while still being in the inventory screen and unpause you can't use/press B to back out of the the inventory but this can be easily fixed by pressing the Select button(the 2 boxes) instead. If they can add options to adjust the HUD, a more clear controller layout and make using the controller more "efficient", then I'll give this game 5 stars.
