Axiom Verge 2

Good game but it just made me appreciate the first game more. The first game is a master class in world building, lore and music. The second game is kinda just ok in those subjects but still a good sequel. Looking forward to the third game in the series

I was waiting for part 2 long time ago. Please don't make part 3 PS time exclusive like you did with this game. Thank you

It just doesn't have the charm or consistency of the first game. Combat feels off. Damaging and avoiding enemies is clunky, and often just annoying. "Bosses" are just large enemies you'll find hovering around in seemingly random rooms. They go down with little fanfare, but you can just walk right by them if you don't feel like fighting them. Navigating around is fun for a while, but can get tedious once more upgrades are unlocked that can make getting from point A to point B more complicated. Which in turn can make backtracking all the more tiresome. Thankfully, this is somewhat mitigated by the ability to fast travel, once its unlocked.
