Why are games you paid money for need gold to play online but free games doesn't make it make sense

They have actually done a lot since I left my first review. I think they really rushed this out to get us caught up as soon as possible to PC. By November we'll have everything we're missing, Arena of Solare is actually coming to console, if that's something you were really interested in for pvp. Now is actually a really good time to get back into the game. I still have some performance issues on my Series X. They've been doing patches, but it's still an issue a lot of us have. It isn't game breaking anymore, but it's still annoying at times. It's worse for some than others. PA, change our version of the game to stop showing "XBOX Series X Upgrade Install Pack" please.
