Blood of Mehran

The bad reviews almost made me completely write this game off. But I had been craving a hack n slash action game, something simple, straight forward, without all the cliche modern rpg, perks, crafting, puzzle-platforming and tedious side quests and back tracking tacked on. And this game delivered just what I wanted. It reminds me of a very early 360 game called Viking: Battle For Asgard. No bugs or crashing either as of 06/2026 series S 👌

Love the setting reminds me of sands of time and god of war a little but its own thing as well great music overall nice stealth and comat not going to blow the mind kinda like ac rpgs so its ok great job on the music again and awesome little indie game keep up the good work need more games like this

Very creative great atmosphere a lot of good ideas and credit to the makers for caring for their product for the price it was definitely worth it if for any reason to support games made by people who care about games not $100 for the same old **** these big companies put out with no care for the quality of their product and no innovation

If you're a fan of 3D action adventure games from the PS2 and 360 eras of gaming (and don't mind some jank) I would totally recommend Blood of Mehran. Its combat and level structure is very reminiscent of contemporary games from those times. Playing this game makes me happy and it shows how smaller developers can attempt AAA-scale ambitions with their own style (Mesopotamia is such a cool and unique setting for a game and the inspired art direction and music help this game shine). Whether you buy it now or wait for a sale, I think it's a great deal.

This game had potential, but it has a major bug it. Your characters feet will sink into the ground at a certain check point and you will remain stuck. This will render your game non-playable. No reset or restart of game or console will fix it. You will be forced to start new game and lose all progress, only for it to happen again. Until this major bug is addressed, you will be wasting your time and money on it.🤦‍♂️
