Crysis Remastered Trilogy

Crysis 2 is my favorite game in the series, and this remaster makes it even better. The old 2011 version still holds up today, and the newer lighting effects really make this game feel alive Update: After having thoroughly played through all 3 games, 100%ing C1 and C2 and almost doing the same in C3, I've decided Crysis 2 is STILL the best in the series. It may not have the stunning semi open world environments of the first game or the jawdroppingly cinematic and emotional story moments of the third, but that's exactly why I think it's the best: It was the best of both worlds. C2 really makes you feel like a supersoldier action hero, while still maintaining the gritty tactical vibe from the first game. The Ceph feel like a much more significant threat here, both in story and gameplay. I highly recommend giving this game a shot, especially on the highest difficulty where you need to make split second decisions and use all of the Nanosuit's abilities.

Oh i miss the multiplayer, the maps where so good, straight from the campaign.

Having played Crysis since its release in 2007 when I was about eight years old, and it being my first shooter game ever, at the family laptop with an average of 13 FPS at the lowest possible settings (both Crysis and Crysis Warhead) I guess I can call myself a true fan. I did play through the Xbox 360 version and barely tried it on a gaming computer that didn't last too long, but neither of those really made me feel like I was playing the game I dreamed about playing back in 2007 and the following years. This Xbox Series X optimized version did, and I hope that speaks for itself. Stunning graphics for its era that still holds up amazing today, and it just runs so incredibly smooth - just how I imagine it should have felt 15 years ago. It does have some minor bugs, but it was never any worse than having to restart at the last checkpoint. Never had as much fun playing through this before! Only question I've got: why do keyboards work but mice not? Would love to try with K/M!
