Edge of Eternity

The game has a lot to offer as a jrpg style game. but this game is created by a small studio. There are numerous performance issues and bugs that may annoy players. From my experience, I enjoyed the game for the most part. When you see how diverse the game is, you should cut some slack for the small studio.

I would say it's a good story and graphics. I picked it up on a whim and it's incredible.

The writing is great, with clever twists on tropes and unexpected quest endings. There were initially some complaints about difficulty balancing and game-breaking bugs, but that has all been fixed in previous patches. There are little bugs, like music skipping or occasionally crashing, but nothing that killed the experience for me. Yes, the graphics aren't great and some of the dialogue is cumbersome, but I enjoyed the entire game. If you like PS2-era Final Fantasy games, give this one a try.

Not the best game, but also not the worst. It's a fun time and there's better out there at the AAA level, but definitely worth a spin for $20 or less (or on the Game Pass). I don't get all the hate this game is getting in these reviews. If you play a JRPG from a company not named Square, you should come to expect that visual quality is hit or miss. It's about the gameplay though. Complaining about grinding? These people have never dodged 100 lightning strikes in FFX for Lulu's ultimate weapon.

This game disappointed me in the artstyle deparment , it lacks something in the models I can't put my finger on but the gameplay itself runs well. For a small studio they did good however I hope if they make another game that they improve the models of the cast
