Empyreal

I randomly came across this game and I'm so glad I gave it a chance. The game is well put together and has so many different builds you can put together to play how you want. I have around 75 hours in the game and I'm still finding hidden areas and powerful item to make my character even stronger. Each NPC has multiple quest ends with different rewards that are game changers. I joined the discord and spoke with the developers when I had questions and can tell how much they care about the game. This game really is a hidden gem and I wouldn't pass this one up. Empyreal is easily one of my favorite games of the year.

This game has potential to be great! Just needs improvements on the combat and optimization. Also needs a little bit more details in the environment. Overall I'm having fun and that's the most important thing! Hope the Dev's keep improving it

Uhhh, what an exasperating experience. Damn the combat can feel exhilarating, Wow the colorful loot falls like rain. Man I thought this might be my sleeper hit of the year. But jeez Empyreal has easily the worst quest system I have played. Ever. Missable quests, frustratingly hidden collectables, confusing objectives. It also has one of the most obtuse, unrewarding crafting systems. This matters, because low resistances on your gear will lead to cheap deaths in every run. So close, so far.

I love the idea of it. I know it will be so much more in time. But, if this is it then thats not good lol. Allow us to map buttons and put cosumables on a item wheel. Im hoping you plan to drop more weapon types as im only 2 days in and feel a bit underwhelmed by that. Reaction times do need to be a bit faster as well.

I wasn't gonna buy this game cause of the bad reviews sadly...I've been waiting for this game for a while and very happy that I've purchased it great job Developers:) this game has common to legendary equipment everything needs resources to improve the stats...so that's where the dungeons come into play if you like exploring different areas you'll love this game. I'm finding new locations left and right the boss battles are tricky so you need to use opposite elements to help with damage..it is not like a Souls game cause when you die you loose nothing and the enemies stay dead untill dungeon is completed..im 5 hours in and enjoying every moment of this awesome Si-fi RPG .hopefully add ons in future so i can show my support.well worth 30 bucks already got my moneys worth :) one more thing there is no map cause you are exploring everything for the first time so a map wouldn't make sense.you need to read the quest log if confused don't worry it gets better the more you learn.
