Fobia - St. Dinfna Hotel

Fobia pays tribute to the greats like RE and Silent hill while creating its own identity. Intricate puzzles and problem solving will be familiar to fans of the genre with the added camera mechanic

While it isn't the scariest game out there, the combat and puzzles are a lot of fun. There are aspects that could have been better, but it still feels professionally done. It takes a lot of cues from Resident Evil (Metrovania exploration, limited ammo, item boxes, manual save points, a stalker enemy, etc), but it doesn't feel like a clone at all. Also has an upgrade system and New Game +. I hope this becomes a series, as the story establishes more than enough for it to become one. I definitely recommend it.

Really want to put this one up there with the granddaddys of horror games. from the way back days. when the puzzles where a bit more challenging and sometimes leave the players stumpt until they finally get the lightbulb moment .the aha and this is something missing in most horror games today . We need more developers like yourself . you and puppet combo are my only two favs devs ✌️you guys get it

As a collector and hardcore enthusiast of survival horror games I rate this one a 5 star. Ticks the 7 boxes. Puzzles, Monsters, Scares, Exploration, Limited ammo, Good Story and Atmosphere

This game is great, but needs a little fine tuning and polish to truly shine. Gameplay is a 7/10 because the monsters move very stiff and jerky, and the aiming is as well. I would like to see the game in higher framerate with more fluid/less rigid movement. Maybe upgrade engine? Its good, but i see potential for future titles. It lacks in the graphics a bit, but not enough to b**** about. Kinda like Metro Exodus graphics. To the devs- Keep the updates coming and get the hype for Fobia out. You have a real diamond in the rough, and good horror games are lacking these days. To the other guy who said "playing PREY for a better experience", PREY is decent, but from a team like Bethesda, it lacks as a real horror title at all. Even at its hardest it was less scary, and just confusing and annoying at times. Well made, but it gave me a Bethes/Ubi collaboration vibes tbh. Fobia is from a new and small dev who gave better than 94% of game pass games. Dont compliment just to insult. Its rude
