Gleaner Heights

Fun game similar to Stardew, but thats not the focus. With the live town going on with their days, youll start to slowly peel away the veil of Gleaner and its citizens for a more darker version of a farm game

To all the ppl who dont like the controls, change them in the settings before giving this game low reviews. Stardew Valley was a clone itself, not every new farming game needs to be compared to it. This game is fun, it has kept me busy and interested since I bought it! Don't let any negative reviews keep you from a game that's worth paying only $10 for hours of playtime

Gleaner Heights is like Stardew Valley but with it's own gameplay features, and some different things to do. Enjoy the journey, as you discover the mysteries of Gleaner Heights. Once you get use to controller setup, and upgrade your tools in the game you will be able to do more in the game. There are new skills, and game features you can unlock as your character levels up, also each task you do levels up the more you do it, like farming, mining, cooking, horse racing and fishing. Is the game better then Stardew Valley no, it's just another developers take on this genre, the control setup is not the same as Stardew Valley , it's just different. You can sail your own boat, deep sea diving, plus mini games, town events, also there is the mystery that you discover as you explore the town of Gleaner Heights, and the underworld below. The game is fun once you unlock different skills, abilities, upgade your tools, backpack, tool slots, farm, and house. There is a lot to do and discover.

This game is NOT kid-friendly and deals with some very adult themes. Having said that, it's fun and has some interesting mysteries to uncover. The controls are clunky, but can be adjusted in the settings. I do wish there were more character interactions, especially with spouses. After marriage, they become a glorified house decoration.
