NO-SKIN

The biggest factor in what you will think of the experience is whether or not this sort of gameplay is for you. I think that if you liked playing Cards of the Dead and Swordbreaker, this is likely another you will enjoy. It doesn't play like either of those though there are elements to it that are similar to those two games. If you hate reading in a game, it won't be for you. The reading is just a few small bits at a time but it is a game of reading with the visuals just representations of the moment. It's not a choose your own adventure story. Story here, from what I've encountered so far, is minimal which means less to read. Most of the reading has to do with the choices and dialog has been kept to a minimum. There's no movement except to make a choice that transports you to another spot. This is a game of risk vs reward, a bit of gambling it will feel like at times. A lot is a game of chance with percentages. It is simple but enjoyable IF you are the target audience.

I first heard about this game through the Youtuber Pugsr and always wanted to give it a try, but since I'm console only there was no chance. Imagine my surprise when it popped up in the Xbox store! Easiest seven bucks I've dropped all month. No Skin plays like a straight-forward RPG but it really is anything but. There isn't enough room here to describe the experience but if you want a weird and macabre experience, you've come to the right place.

A decent rogue-like rpg so far just unlocked a second character.

I can positively say this game is a lot of fun. Have played it for hours.

Thought it'd be just a low depth little retro game, but it very quickly got me hooked. Thank you for the story🎉
