Summum Aeterna

This game is an exceptional 2d platforming action roguelite rpg. It has been everything that I've been looking for in this exact genre (platforming roguelite) but it feels a little unpolished at the moment (not the controls, those are f$#@ing fantastic and precise). The translations are definitely very on the nose and incorrect at times, but close enough to where you can understand what's going on anyways. In some situations, the entire wrong language is being used, seemingly only for the red crypt boss cutscenes, and they're speaking Spanish for some reason? The out-of-run hub also feels incredibly too stretched out, simply just for the sake of having a huge hub. You don't NEED all that space since you aren't using it, why make me run across it after each run? Lastly, it feels excessive on the load screens at times. Even on the series X, the load screens aren't exactly long but they definitely aren't short either. So why is there a load screen in every possible spot?

When you take last weapon upgrade to 100 the dmg bonus resets to 0. Can't respec to 99 where it's fine. Now my favorite weapons are half as strong. 5 stars when fixed.

All around great game. Definitely tough at first but once u start upgrading its gets easier. So if your short on patience its probably not for you. Still theres tons of unlocks upgrades and cosmetics to keep ya busy. I noticed someone complaining about bugs and i gotta say i haven't had even 1 so maybe its a hardware issue or maybe they've fixed em all🤷‍♂️ Bottom line its a great game at a solid price and i highly recommend if rogues type games r your thing👍👍

Such a great game reminds me a lot of dead cells....its rough at first but gets better the more you play and buy permanent upgrades lots of weapons too ...if ur a fan of the genre i highly recommend this game

I love this game already. Totally my jam! Has more in common with Rogue Legacy than Dead Cells. If you enjoy the roguelike genre then this is worth picking up.
