The Serpent Rogue

The best thing is the exploration but everything can feel like a trial by fire. Like combat is one of the hardest thing because your weapons typically don't have a lot of durability and enemys hit hard lot hard and fast. If you play be warned you'll need to kite your enemies to win

What is up with every comment getting so many dislikes what cult is disliking for no reason?

Its very roughly similar to the stalker series gameplay loop. Go out to a place with things that want to kill you, grab loot, run before storm hits. I aways had a surpluss of food and my weapons didnt break because i had other stuff kill my enemys (unless i was in trouble). Also great art design. Maybe im blind but a weight indicator that changed depending on how much you were carrying, outside of youre inventory would be nice. Or atleast a warning.

1. Weapons break too fast. 2. We should respawn with full stamina/hunger bar. 3. Could use zoom level choices and joystick deadzone settings. I'm sure it gets better, but the early-game struggles don't keep me coming back for more. Also, are there shelters or anything to protect us from storms? I die too fast to find out.

The serpent rogue is an interesting blend of multiple genres. this game doesnt hold your hand, and if you have more than 10 braincells you dont need it to, google is your friend. combat, while seemingly clunky is more reliant on potions, most of which are easily obtained in the starting area, both healing and damaging potions are easily created at the start of the game. my only complaint is that the gathering of materials can become tedious. overall, I give the serpent rogue a 5/5 because not only is it an interesting game but it is also produced by an independent gaming company located out of ukraine, and I stand by both independent creators and ukraine.
