Weird West: Definitive Edition

This new definitive edition has updates that were not present at release. I have found aiming to be much more intuitive now by changing the aiming mode from twin stick to free camera. Instantly changed the game from a 6/10 to a 10/10 for me.

I suggest turning the slow motion up while aiming in settings and also after trying the standard aiming controls try the free camera method in settings and see which you like better. Try to get a couple silent takedowns first before combat to thin the enemy ranks. You can 'loiter' in the menu which will move time from day to night so some enemies will be sleeping and you can knock them out silently. You can have two npc companions, so give them better guns and armor. You'll learn the rest as you go. Theres a good overarching story that you slowly discover as you go. I'd love to see a sequel come out.

First time I played this game I played for about 5 hours straight, couldn't put it down even called in delivery so I didn't have to stop to cook dinner 😋... Great game different from the rest... Definitely should give it a try!! Great job!!

The game is not my normal genre but its fun. It reminds me of wastland the way the game is written combat has a twist tho not being turn based was a huge plus for me. So many games already do turn based and do it rather well so it feels fresh and like less of a chore later on

keeps getting updates, i find it more enjoyable than most AAA titles in recent memory. more forgiving learning curve than Fallout 1 & 2, Wasteland, etc. go exploring early, dig up graves &. invest in bullet time asap.
