    Gem

This is a faithful upgrade from the original. There are some issues, including a bug that causes "Nightmare" difficulty not to unlock after finishing on Normal. I also encountered some missing character audio in one scene. However, if you're looking for a good thriller, you can't go wrong here. Alan Wake is a standout in this genre.

    How to fix audio bug

Settings>general>audio output>options>mono output Had to do it for a few older games. Love the direction of all the Remedy games!

    Very Good Indeed

Bought this because of Control, i thoroughly enjoyed it! It does show its age at times but it comes off more campy then cheesy. First review ive ever written on a game, i feel this game deserves more attention than it receives. Give it a try!

    Alan Wake 2...

I played this remaster awhile back. And I must say it was awesome! Remedy never disappoints. Control 2 is also coming out along with the Max Payne remakes, which I'm most excited for! (OG) Alan Wake was a gem with story telling and gameplay. ❤️🙌
