Battle Worlds: Kronos

this is definitely a low budget game, and it shows. the small gameplay clip and trailers look interesting, but playing the game. is alot different. i was really looking forward to a new xbox military strategy game. i bought this on sale for $4, but i don't think the game is even worth that. please do more research before buying this game

generic game,super slow moving,can i have my money back?!?! dont let the intro fool you this would easily run on dos on a packard bell.

As someone who played command & conquer back when it was new, and then when on to play turn based games like civilization, it did not bother me so much that the graphics are bland and uninspired. Let's face it, you can get away with a lot nowadays in the name of "retro" graphics. What did it for me was the frustrating controls causing many of my units to lose entire turns, coupled with a complete disregard for a learning curve. After finally completing the fist mission, the second had me running full speed at a force as large as mine, while being chased by a second much larger army, while also babysitting transports the entire time. I almost made it, but when I did not I had I to wonder if Norman Schwartzkoff could have done better or if this game is really worth the trouble. The AI has a much larger army and he certainly knows how to use it. Was really hoping for my turnbased fix here but got more than I bargained for.

graphics, UI, gameplay all outdated, not worth even the 20 usd price, this game would be good if you compare it to the standards a decade ago

Retro is fine, just ignoring the last 15 years is not. Awful localisation does not help, oh nein.
