Deathless. The Hero Quest

Veteran Slay the Spire player here. I've played many deckbuilders over the years and I can state without reservation that this game is something special. If you like the genre try it, you won't be disappointed. Art is fantastic. Music is epic. Gameplay is deep and rewarding.

This game is very very similar to Slay the Spire, in probably the best way it could be. It captures the same fun that it's inspiration does, with really interesting folklore elements as well! But it's kinda too similar still. The movement and enemy placement systems are really cool, and well fleshed out, and the encounter buffs and debuffs add a lot to the combat or decisions outside of it as well, but I really wish there was just more. More cards or differences from Slay, and all of that. Still, the core gameplay and visual style means I can't give it any less than a 4/5

Scratches the Spire itch.

So wonderfully put together. More heroes, more content please. Would happily pay for dlc!

Like deck builders? This is a must have. Pull the trigger and get it. You're welcome.
