Draconic Resurgence

Any time you enter a new area, the screen flashes white static. Otherwise a fun 5 dollar metroidvania.

A rather fun, yet short experience. Simple, sweet, and not particularly difficult. I played through the game on Hard, and finished it within about two hours. With how common the checkpoints were, alongside the many Heart Crystals to boost HP, the difficulty mostly came from the damage enemies dealt in the early game, and the instant death spikes. The platforming never truly tested your skills, with only a few memorable rooms that required some effort. But I still liked the experience nonetheless. Wish there was postgame content to mess around with the final tool, but otherwise was worth it for the price.

This is a simple, but fun metroidvania style game. Reminds me of something like Momodora or Cave Story. It's quite short however, but has easy achievements, so worth the price if you want a little diversion for an hour or two

This is a short little gem. It's a side scrolling metroidvania with Souls and Zelda type inspiration. And comes with a heftry achievement score too, with 4k worth of gamerscore.
