I gotta say, this game surprised the hell outta me. I bought it, yes. So I expected to like it. But by the end, I truly loved it. Spiders really stepped up, imo. The graphics are gorgeous (in a woodland area, running beside a creek, seeing the sun rays beam through the trees while the orange/red leaves fall....👌). The amount of dialog is impressive! Have you ever played a game, and found yourself screaming at the screen, asking yourself, "WHY WON'T YOUR CHARACTER BRING X UP!?", Greed Fall brings X, up. However you play, good/bad, secerts/theories revealed, is not left behind and I loved digging through it all. The combat could use some work. Its not terrible, imo, but some more melee combos would really help the game step up. Their is magic, traps, 1/2 handed, sharp/blunt style weapons, oils for your weapons (think Witcher3), & pistol/rifles (which sound amazing), so Spiders def gives the gamer something to think about when building their character. If you liked Witcher 3, Assassins Creed, and Skyrim you will like this game alot. WARNING...Being a mage sucks, and you have to rely on your team and plan battle accordingly. Skill point and character development is pretty unique. They took their time and did this game right. No noticable bugs or glitches. Also no micro transactions. Its not an easy game, your choices matter, choose wisely and save alot. Rage quits are expected by those that expect to be pampered.

Looks like Fable, but feels like Dragon Age. Combat is passable, you get used to it, the story carries the game. If you're an RPG fan, you should at least try it.

So initially I played it on PlayStation 4 for five minutes and then was like, no. After giving it another attempt on Xbox, I have to say it's worth the chance. Overall combats fund. The game is fun, story is interesting. There are various creatures. And friendships to be found. Once again I have to say, give it a chance. You won't regret it. It is a fun RPG. You can have up to two companions

Nothing too special, but compared to most games today it's pretty good, so if you find it on sale for cheap, give it a shot
