Iconoclasts

I've been playing this guys games for years on pc. This game was originally called Ivory Springs and evolved into something even better. Took him long enough to bring this to xbox but it was worth the wait. If you like this go to konjak.org and download Legend of Princess, Chalk, and Solar Plexus. You will see some truly innovative game design by him. Keep making great games Konjak.

Superb metroidvania with old school rpg story. A must play for fans of the genre. Trust me!!

I played this in normal mode and it was a great game. The second time i played it in relaxed mode which is great for fully exploring and doing all side quests because you never die

Its nice when you take a chance on a game hope that the video is not deceptive to the quality of the game and are pleasantly suprised. The game looks just as the video. So far the stages are well designed and fun. On normal difficulty its been on the easy side but plesantly entertaining. I have just made it to the second save so i expect the difficulty. To start ramping up. The are alot of game made like this that i have tried and were porly done and not enjoyable. This one gives me the same warm fuzy feeling as playing Shanta or monster boy. So looking forward to playing more tomorrow.(update)I grew up on the classic mega man and metroid games. This game blows them away! To be fair it is a modren take on a classic genre, but extreamly well made. The platforming and cotrols are flawless. No button lag, if you a miss a jump its your fault. The difficulty is rampping up in steady curve that incurages you to move forward and get better. So far game just keeps getting more entertaining.

A lot of games claim to be Metroidvanias, but this one actually is. And a pretty solid one at that. I didn’t love it, but it was fun. It starts to turn more into a precision platformer after a while, which isn’t my thing, but if that sounds good to you, definitely take a shot on this one.
