Sea Salt

It has a simple way to interface, but a lot of strategy for managing your horde. It lovingly reproduces a 16-bit era chthulu type mentality with delightful pixel violence.

*EDIT: The bug I complain about in this review has since been fixed and I still think the game is fantastic and worth playing and is a great little game to get lost playing with the various combos of units you can play with* I loved this game the whole way through. It was fun and interesting. But it has a BIG problem where all your progress will simply disappear and leave you at square one. This happened twice, the first time was only after 2 levels and so I figured it was a one off and decided to play again since I was enjoying it so much. The 2nd time just happened minutes ago when I was replaying the game doing the alternate paths after beating it not even an hour ago and after unlocking all but one apostle. This game was great I think but this bug is unforgivable. Why waste your time when theres a good chance for all you've done to be washed away? It is just so frustrating for such a fun game to have one fatal flaw.

Must try for any fan of Lovecraft

One of the rare indies that has held me at rapt attention. When it goes n sale I'm throwing a little $ at the devs which is more than say for 90% on Gamepass. If u missed it on GP just buy it.

You get to be the bad guy. What's not to like? You gotta control the army of monsters as an old God and you get to kill a bunch of other innocent guys. And then there's objectives and stuff to get so you can get even more monsters and more bad guys. And even gives you a choice to do things in this game. Not gonna spoil what, but it's fun and you don't even expect it when you get the stuff you. You get new monsters and other things like that by making specific choices. I'm not that deep into the game, but right now it's worth every penny. I would definitely pay full price. Hoping for a similar game or more content.
