Shantae and the Pirate's Curse

Shantae is nothing like Sonic the Hedgehog. It's a Metroidvania game. It's closer in style to Super Metroid or Symphony of the Night than anything remotely resembling Sonic the Hedgehog. It's a great Metroidvania game. There are a lot of challenging parts, and finding the hidden items requires some thought. It's a very rewarding experience. The game is also very witty and comical. The dialogue in this game is some of the funniest I've ever seen. Very self aware. The animations are very detailed and incredibly smooth. If you enjoy Metroidvania style games, you will love this game.

men Lets all be honest... Chick in tights is cool

We meet again!

This game brings back all the things I loved from the sonic the hedgehog series, megaman, and many more classic titles. Don't let the 2D pixels fool you this a quality game.

Beautiful, fun, colorful, and amazing character design and story that will sure to please any retro gamer out there......Please bring the full series over to Xbox One!!!! and maybe even to retail stores in physical disc bundle!
