Starlight Legacy

Wasn't expecting this to be so good. In fact, just got done telling my wife I wouldn't buy anymore games for a while, but here we are. Not even 5 minutes later. SMH

Solid little basic JRPG with easy achievements and NG+. 2k gamerscore.

Feels like the classics!

Worth 6.99 in my opinion. Rpg maker quality.

You can beat the game any way you choose. I went south north west east. Melee has almost no purpose. Magic is that op till the end where enemies can block magic for 5 turns but they also have life drain and shield up. East gets you the raft. The raft gets you 2 poison swords. Ignus spin with poison sword is the best use for him cause throw is super weak and status ailments work on jump skill. Ex. Jump with buried is 100% miss. End game is ignus restore magic to girl, blue guy goes full priest after summon magic barrier and green girl exodia obliterate. Freedom of choice is greatly exxagerated. I would have liked for the game to have been tested more cause it gets boring real fast when enemies need 5 turns to kill and you get 15% exp to next level. The final dungeon is every boss reborn set to hell mode. They can do 300-700 hp easy if you dont out speed them to set defense and you have like 500hp at max level. Beating the game is a huge flex. Unbalanced game about 6 hours long.
