The Lamplighters League - Deluxe Edition

Over all it' s a well designed game; good story, good gameplay, great sound. However I've had it crash twice and destroy saves at crucial moments. Once while saving in a mission, the game crashed, I lost 4 hours worth of game time, the crash deleted multiple save files. Second, I had completed a very tough mission and fight, went to the extraction, crash, deleted the mission save file. Hopefully this gets fixed soon and I can adjust the review, otherwise I'll have to table this game until then.

As the title says, the game ended up crashing at the end of the fifth mission. Now that wouldn't normally be a huge issue, but apparently it also deleted the last two missions worth of saves and autosaves at the same time. Having wasted a significant amount of time and out of fear of having this happen again, I'm going to hold off on playing this one. Love these kind of games and I'm confident this will be a good game, but its not there yet.

Love the game. It crashes. Not Star Wars Galaxies release day, total waste of time crashes. Lamplighters League is playable in its current state, but the crashes really sour a great experience. And the game is very well done creativly. 5 crashes so far in 23 missions. added- the crashes have increased in frequency past day 27 in game. Dramatically. Reduced rating to 1. Would have rated it a 4 before spam crashing began with the last few missions. Instability might be from a bad port from pc? 2 months later same issues. Buyer beware!

The game is alright, but the crashing and save deletion is annoying and also the. Optimization could be better.

Well, it's a fun XCOM clone. However, it's crashing frequently, and deleted two hours of hard saves. Wait to play until the issues are fixed.
