Thea 2: The Shattering

After the update the controls are more responsive, having more fun moving around the U.I but still some small issue hope might be fixed later like having the R3 or L3 (stick buttons) detail button moved somewhere else. and chatpad support to type in text. have not tried usb keyboard yet.

On paper, this should be better than Thea 1, but as others have noted, the console controls are often maddening, especially the left thumbstick And maybe I missed something, but the tutorial/instructions leave out a lot of things

T1 is one of my favorites. The card game was key to making it great. They completely scrapped it for this weird battle mode. You don't follow a series of logical steps to carefully play all your cards just right, you just slap down a bunch of cards wherever, and then watch them shoot each other. Takes 5+ clicks to play one card, making it tedious. The outer world is also a huge graphical downgrade from 1. It looks like an N64 game from 96. No detail. Just bland and cartoonish. Why?! Why?! Why?!

It is alot of fun the only issues im having is the hold to confirm button. I keep accidentally clicking things after i hold to confirm. If a option could be added to change the hold to a click to confirm it would remove the annoyance

Gameplay is good so far. Controls make it borderline unplayable. Joysticks instead of d-pad to navigate the UI, sticks are too sensitive. Use L3 to bring up tool tips instead of a b x y. Hard to track what's highlighted while navigating the UI. Controls seem like they were designed by someone who never used a gamepad. Only complaint is the controls, everything else is good so far, would be 4 or 5 stars. *Tried it again recently after game update and was very pleased. Controls are still a bit wonky at times, but far from the headache it was. I was able to play for an afternoon and had no big issues with the gameplay. The only problem i came across was my progress had been reset after the update. Definitely a solid 4 star game
