Rougelike, RTS game that plays like a turn based game if you pause a lot. No combat. Sufficient tutorial. Resource/time management game, with limit resources and buildings to place. Reminds me of As Far as The Eye but more streamlined. Hard but rewarding. Bought for $4.89 on sale. Would recommend if like these type of resource city builders with RNG.

Thoroughly Addictive
If you are enjoy strategic boardgames like Carcasonne or any type of worker placement, this game will be hazardous to your sleep. It definitely has that 'just one more turn' element going on, and the tutorial is excellent. The depth of strategic planning and decision making ranks it up there among the all-time greatest brain-burners, so do not be fooled by its apparent simplicity. The graphics, sound, and controls are perfect to the point, smooth, and not overdone. Of all my zillion xbox and board games, this one easily climbed into a coveted favorite.
