Potion Permit: Complete Edition

About 20 hours in... No bugs or glitches. Maybe luck or had an update? Regardless, I am enjoying it quite a bit. Not too complex or involved, but enough variety to keep my attention. Worth the buy.

As the title implies, this game plays out like Harvest Moon; You have a village to tend, and the wilderness is your farm as you harvest materials and earn currency to upgrade your tools & facility. You also double as the town doctor, diagnosing sick townsfolk and curing them with potions that you make. It all comes together nicely into a fun little game with its own quirks and minigames. It does have some bugs - the arcade is broken, the UI can glitch (fixed by sleeping to the next day), and fishing can softlock. An update to patch these will put polish on an otherwise pleasant experience. Recommend buying if you're on the fence, if Stardew Valley/Harvest Moon are what you enjoy. Will raise rating when bugs are patched.

I believe they've patched it, bc unlike some older reviews, I've had no bug issues. The story is good, characters r unique and likable, missions r enjoyable, and jus overall has been wonderful. If u enjoy cozy games, this is a must have!

I'm leaving 4 stars under the assumption that the game will be patched. Very cute and relaxing, but it becomes nearly unplayable as the glitches build up. My research table stopped working, quest related potions aren't showing up on the cauldron, character freezes when fishing after midnight, dialogue is repeated frequently, arcade doesn't work, etc. I also believe the serious subject matter (panic disorder, DID, disabilities) could have been handled better. That said, the characters are well written and there's plenty of fun features and activities to keep you occupied. I really hope the bugs are resolved because it really is a fun game!

An incredibly sweet farming-type rpg, similar to Stardew Valley or Harvest Moon. Charming art style, good game mechanics, and lovable characters. However, as many other players have stated, it’s buggy. The major bugs I’ve encountered so far are: -a glitch in the diagnosis minigame where the cursor doesn’t appear. The game needs to be reset to fix this. -a glitch where walking through a certain part of town at a specific time crashes the game. It’s a really nice game, I hope the bugs get patched
