Ultimate ADOM - Caverns of Chaos

Updated review after something close to 70 hours in game; This game is full of jank through and through. The save system is so broken that it crashes anywhere beyond floor 3! That's 3, out of 20. This game is a spiritual successor to one of the greats of old, which makes it so hard for me to believe it can be so shoddy in it's construction. Why have you done this? Dialogue doesn't work, no controller binding options, everything stutter steps as you go, everything constantly makes the game crash! I finally eeked out a victory after save scumming my way through crash after crash, and it crashes at the victory screen. How is this made so poorly? I hate to emphasize these points so severely, and i have seen plenty of 'eurojank' as it is called, as charming a phrase as it is. This game needs a serious rework from the ground up. 85% is broken and needs rework. Fundamentally broken, do NOT recommend. I would pay someone $20 to avoid this game so they don't see the potential. Fix it. 1/5.

I like it,but lots of bugs.dont buy until patched.

Fun game, but you can save your character, load back up, progress and save more, and a game crash will wipe out all progress back to the initial save. Bugs that bad aren't worth the time or money.

UI is both cumbersome (especially text entry) and buggy (cannot add items to hotbar). Also, my archers are unable to make any missile attacks for reasons that the game won't say.
